Object
These terms govern the use of the Flousafe platform, a secure escrow service for your online payments between buyers and sellers.
Service Operation
The buyer makes a payment that is blocked on the platform until order validation.
The seller is notified to proceed with delivery.
The buyer confirms receipt of the product/service in conformity.
Flousafe releases the funds to the seller.
Responsibilities
✓ Flousafe acts as a trusted third party, guaranteeing the security of funds.
⚠️ Flousafe cannot be held responsible for disputes related to product/service quality or compliance.
💬 In case of dispute, a mediation process is available through our support.
Buyer Protection
In accordance with Law 31-08 relating to consumer protection, Flousafe ensures:
Clear and complete information before any payment.
Preservation of funds until validation.
Respect of the right of withdrawal within legal timeframes (7 days).
Guarantee against compliance failures.
